We have a total based shipping policy on the website. Our current charges are listed in the table below. The prices stated are for UK delivery only.

  • For deliveries outside of the United Kingdom please Get In Touch. 
  • If your order is required urgently please Get In Touch. We may be able to send it by Next Day courier, however, cutting time must be allowed and extra postage charges will apply.
  • We reserve the right to change our delivery prices at any time.
  • If you would prefer your order to be sent via Royal Mail instead of courier please Get In Touch to arrange to make additional payment.
  • Due to postage being beyond our control, customers should allow an additional 2 days before raising a query regarding missing items.
  • If you would prefer to collect your items from us in order to cut out postage costs please contact us for an appointment. This will usually be a Wednesday or Friday only.



We like to make sure that all our customers are happy with both the products and the service they receive. If for any reason you are not, please Get In Touch  so we can resolve the problem.

Items that arrived damaged in the post will be re-cut. We ask that you Get In Touch within 48 hours of the delivery being received to report the damages and also send us 3 photos:

  • One of the exterior packaging when it arrived
  • One of the interior packaging
  • One of the damaged item(s)

We constantly monitor our delivery services and your feedback is vital in ensuring the best service is provided to our customers.

If items are missing from your order, please notify us of the missing item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will cut the missing item and cover the cost of delivery.

If items have been cut incorrectly due to our mistake, please Get In Touch within 48 hours of receiving the order, attaching a picture of the incorrect item. We will cut the item correctly and cover the cost of delivery.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove any item from our website. There may be issues beyond our control to cause this. If you happen to purchase an item that we temporarily remove or decide to discontinue, a refund for that sole item will be offered.
